Yea... I tried a new attempt with 'inking' this one...Normally I would use the time-consuming pen tool,
but this time I just went Invert, made the contrast REALLY high *so the picture itself would be extremely white over a black background*and then Inverted it again back in to the normal look.It looks scratchy, so you have to clean it up a bit, but: Meh. :/

I don't perticularally like this one..It seems every time I digitalize a picture, it ends up looking really,really bad. :/

its not THAT bad...
I suck at coloring in stuff...that's why I just use the bucket tool on paint...XD
and I dont color in pictures I scanned. Im lazy. XD;;

awe, but he's so cute! ^^ i like how you did the shading; not all jerky and obvious, like i do -.- but smooth, and sortof faded to a darker color.
